About Faro Blanco Resort
This 50-foot tall concrete lighthouse at Marathon in the Florida Keys was built by a marina around 1950. It remains an active private aid to navigation with a rotating aerobeacon. The name is Spanish for “white lighthouse.” The tower is clearly visible on the marina dock, but not normally open for climbing.
